Good day, every one I had a number of problems with my EasyCap on Windows 10 and tried most of the advice without success.
The one at end that worked for me was very simple. I uninstalled the device. Similar problem here. The device is automatically recognized as USB2. I get both audio and image, but no colors at all. No success. Device sucks and anyone still selling any variant of this device in is only scamming customers. How can I fix this? Indeed: the selling of EasyCap has to be forbidden as long as it gives problems with Windows. I had a Logilink too and it worked very good until recently due to an update of Windows 10? I think at least one of these these drivers will help you. I guess you just have to try everything. Oem capture is desribed under sound, video and game controllers but no usb device under imaging device.
I have tried most drivers but no luck. Any recommendations? For updating drivers, there are several ways. You can go to device manger to update the easycap drivers. Use the hardware id to go to pcidatabase. Uninstalled, reinstalled, updated driver, installed the SW.. I tried using a good swathe of the different installers listed on this post but to no avail.

Initially worked and editing was good. My computer crashed twice and the editing files on Arcsoft disappeared. I am still able to digitize the files to my computer but saved on Arcsoft for editing.

Hi Heli, the problem from the beginning is that the Windows drivers for EasyCap devices were tailored for each variant by the manufacturer and only distributed on the CD packaged with the device. The OEM driver available from Windows is a very recent addition but lacks support for the majority of these variants.
